Returns & Exchanges
We trust you will be delighted with your Cherie Bumble purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us any time within 14 days of receipt. (Please note we do NOT accept returns on SALE items). Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging.
Refunds can be issued on purchases (FULL PRICED items ONLY) made online at www.cheriebumble.com only. Refunds are not accepted from items purchased from third party distributors.
Please note that we are UNABLE to process refunds on SALE items.
If you require an exchange please email email@example.com with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment.
For a refund please return your item/s to us at the below address. Include your invoice in the package and mark next to the item/s you wish to return for a refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES ADDRESS:
In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact. For health considerations there are no exchanges on underwear unless faulty.
We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. In the instance where a garment is considered faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or gift voucher for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. Cherie Bumble reserves the right to examine the item in question to determine whether a product is faulty.
If deemed faulty a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a voucher or refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 10 business days of the garment’s arrival at the Returns address above. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
- Cherie Bumble will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for completing the returns form accurately.
- You must send the original or a copy of your invoice with the package.
- In the event that your product is lost in transit, Cherie Bumble will not be held liable.
- We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
